Reservations Terms & Conditions

• Limit one raffle entry per person, per product. Participants must be over the age of 13 and a resident of the United States. Reservations through this program may not be available in all states/areas. 
• Finish Line raffle entries are non-transferable.
• Submission of multiple Finish Line raffle entries for the same product using multiple Finish Line accounts, phone numbers, sizes, location preferences, or any attempt to automate the entry process will render resulting entries invalid and the entrant will be disqualified.
• Once the reservation unlock date communicated in the mobile app is reached, raffle entries are considered final and no changes of any kind can be made. Raffle entries may only be modified prior to the reservation unlock date using the mobile app.
• If you are selected to receive a reservation to purchase a product, you must confirm your reservation using the mobile app prior to the time communicated in the mobile app and by email, or the reservation will be expired and you will not be entitled to an opportunity to purchase the product.
• If you are se­lected to receive a reservation to purchase a product, and you confirm your reservation, you will be entitled to one opportunity to purchase the product on the product launch date and hour(s) communicated in the mobile app and by email. There is no guarantee of receiving any shoe or your specified shoe size. Finish Line makes no guarantees regarding product or size availability. Please see reservation pick up information in the mobile app or by email for final store location.
• A valid photo ID is required to purchase any reserved product. Your name must match the valid photo ID presented at the time of purchase.
• Finish Line disclaims any liability resulting from problems caused by any failures with the hardware, software, transmission, on-line failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data.
• Finish Line reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or cancel any raffle or product reservation or any part of it at any stage in the event for any reason, including circumstances beyond Finish Line’s reasonable control.
• Participation in this reservation program is void in jurisdictions where prohibited.
• EXCEPT IN CASES OF FINISH LINE’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, EXCEPT IN NEW JERSEY AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, USER WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND OTHERWISE HOLD HARMLESS FINISH LINE, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM, INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, RELATED TO USER'S USE OF THE APP AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE RESERVATION PROGRAM.
• ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR USER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE RESERVATION PROGRAM SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF INDIANA, U.S.A, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES. ANY ACTION RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE FILED AND MAINTAINED IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN MARION COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, U.S.A., AND EACH USER CONSENTS TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN SUCH COURTS FOR SUCH PURPOSE.
• If any portion of these Reservation Terms & Conditions are held to be illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such portion will be deemed severed and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
• The waiver by Finish Line of the enforcement of any aspect of these Reservations Terms & Conditions in any particular instance shall not operate or be construed as an ongoing waiver of the same or any other requirement of these terms.
